NOTE: A $25 *refundable deposit + first months rent are due upon signing up. You will also be required to sign an online rental lease.

* Deposit will only be returned if account is paid up to date and unit has been cleaned/swept out, with no debris left inside or out when departing. A 24hr. notice needs to be given to CDSS as well that you are leaving and no longer need the unit.
